BrandNerd is a small website and internet marketing agency located in Lancaster, PA that works with a variety of clients all over the world.

The most difficult thing is the decision to act....You can do anything you decide to do. You can act to change and control your life and the procedure. The process is its own reward.
Be the man in the arena.
It is not the critic who counts; not the man who points out how the strong man stumbles, or where the doer of deeds could have done them better. The credit belongs to the man who is actually in the arena...
A note from Mitch Meador
My most important job is not branding or marketing or writing, it's raising four young men to their fullest, God-given potential. My family is my greatest gift from God.
When I started BrandNerd in 2017, it was just a side-hustle to provide a better living for my family. I was a Marketing Director by day, BrandNerd by night, mostly creating websites and brochures for local businesses.
I worked for a third-generation family-owned company. There were a lot of positives, but I also got to see what "we've always done it this way" can do to a company.
But it all changed for me in April 2018 when I went to Nashville to get StoryBrand Certified. I spent five days with Donald Miller and it the mysteries of the storytelling and clear messaging were revealed to me.
I also realized that BrandNerd was what I was called to do, so I went full time.
The next five years were like being strapped to a rocket ship. BrandNerd grew from a side-hustle to a seven-figure agency with employees, an office space, and a mini-fridge stocked with Coke Zero and Red Bull.
It's not always easy, but as I tell my boys, the best things in life rarely are.
